Our twist on a vegetarian kebab is crunchy and spicy! Not only is this recipe full of wholegrain goodness, but the Vivera Veggie Shawarma Kebab topping is a high source of protein, fibre and vitamins too!
Stockan's Veggie Kebabs
Recipe will make enough topping for four oatcakes
- 1/2 a packet Vivera Veggie Shawarma Kebab
- 1/4 of a small white cabbage shredded
- 1/2 a red onion finely chopped
- Sriracha sauce or other hot chilli sauce
- 4 x Stockan's Thin Orkney Oatcakes
Heat the Vivera kebab topping according to instructions on the packet. Whilst this is heating, shred the cabbage and chop the onion and lay aside. When the kebab topping is ready, layer four Stockan's Thin Oatcakes with the cabbage first, then the Vivera topping, cabbage again and sprinkle with red onion. Lastly, drizzle the sauce to taste, but be careful as it is very spicy! Serve immediately.
