Quick Pear Chutney
A great all-rounder and easy to make!
- 4 over ripe pears (peeled and diced)
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- 3 tbsp soft brown sugar
- 100ml sherry vinegar
- Place all the ingredients into a saucepan on medium heat.
- Reduce down until the desired consistency is achieved.
