Important Information
- We no longer deliver outside the UK and currently we do not post out to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes).
- Any orders that slip through the system will be cancelled and refunded. We do have trade customers in Ireland who buy our Thick & Thin Oatcakes in quantity and distribute across the country, so if you wish more information about where to buy our products, please get in touch via our contact form or info@stockans.com
- In the USA you can buy some of our range from Amazon.com or Scottish Gourmet and please look out for our oatcakes across Canada too.
- Prices shown are inclusive of UK delivery.
- Items may be dispatched separately so you might receive more than one delivery per order.
- Orders will be sent with Royal Mail/Parcel Force from the Orkney Islands so please allow at least 7 working days for delivery.
- The product will have a minimum of 4 months shelf life.
Returns Policy
We would like you to be happy with every product that you purchase from us. However if you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return items complete, unused and in their original packing within 14 days of receiving them. As long as the items are unopened and in their original condition we will be happy to make a full refund, less any return delivery charges.
Please notify us that you are returning a purchase by sending a message via our Contact Page or email info@stockans.com providing your name, address, original order number and the reason for the return.
Please note our standard returns policy is 14 days from receipt of delivery, and we do not accept returns outside of this timeframe unless there is a valid complaint about a product.
