Their unique shape does mean that our triangle oatcakes can often be tricky to keep fresh once opened and there is nothing more disappointing  than finding that they are not at their best.  However, stored correctly, they should last for a few weeks. Keep reading for some storage top tips.

We have heard that a more traditional storage method was to add a handful of sugar cubes to biscuit and oatcake tins to try to keep products crisp.
Nowadays, a tight fitting or airtight container will do the trick.  Even better, our Gift Tins are perfect for storing our triangle oatcakes and are even sold containing 2 packets of Orkney Thin Oatcakes!
