Cheese Board Design

It is said that using between 3 and 5 different varieties makes a lovely cheese board. You can include a blue, hard and soft cheese such as stilton, cheddar and brie to create a classic combination. This will give a variety of textures and flavours. Other choices can be goats, sheep milk and flavoured cheese. Have fun choosing!

To make your board even more special remember to add some accompaniments such as chutney, figs, nuts or grapes.

Charcuterie & Cheese Board

For a charcuterie board there is also a large choice of delicious cured meats, cheeses, olives, nuts, chutneys and even dried fruit. Salami, capocollo and jamon along with some parma ham and pâté are great options for the meat selection.
