Blue Cheese, Honey and Crushed PecansIngredients & Method

This is an unusual combination but tastes delicious, served with a selection of Stockan's Oatcakes making a fantastic appetiser or sharing platter.

  • 500g blue cheese (we used a good quality Stilton)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • Selection of Stockan's Oatcakes
  • Place the blue cheese on a serving platter
  • Just before serving, drizzle the honey over the cheese and sprinkle with the pecans.
