What you will need to make 15
- 3-4 x dessert pots of ready made milk chocolate ganache
- 1 x jar of black cherries in Kirsch
- 1 x packet of Stockan's Mini Oatcakes
- Edible gold dust for decoration (you'll find this on most online cake decorating websites)

Tip one - Adjust the amounts to the quantity you wish to prepare.
Tip two - Give the cherries a good shake to release excess liquid before placing on the ganache.
Tip three - Keep covered in the fridge and remove 10 mins before serving. The ganache holds well, so only place in the fridge if you are preparing them, for example, in the morning before serving them in the evening.
