The Ultimate Burn's Venison Cheese Board
- Venison Salami
- Stilton, Emmenthal and Brie
- Red Onion & Chilli Marmalade
- Apple, fig and Baby Beetroot
- All served with Stockan's Thick, Thin, and Orkney Beremeal and Mini Original Oatcakes
Cranachan Canapés
Makes 12 canapés
- 100ml double cream
- 35ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 20 Raspberries (12 for topping and 8 for mixing)
- Half a bar of Fudge
- 12 x Stockan's Mini Oatcakes
Method
- Whip the double cream until it peaks
- Fold in the the Baileys and 8 x crushed raspberries
- Layer the cream mixture with raspberries on top of each Mini Oatcake, top with a raspberry and crumbled Fudge
